You can easily adjust the email address of the account after logging in under the menu item Administration -> My informations on the left side. Should you possibly have an account deleted, please contact bieter@dtvp.de.

The contract can be terminated in writing at any time by the end of the month by both DTVP GmbH and the user. Send us a written notice of termination by e-mail, post or fax.

For environmental and organisational reasons for companies, we issue an annual invoice in advance. This means that you do not have to transfer the monthly fee due every month, but can pay the entire annual amount once. Should you decide in the meantime that you no longer wish to use DTVP and cancel your paid edition, you will of course receive a credit note for the excess monthly fees paid.

You will receive the invoice by post as default. We are also happy to deliver it by e-mail. If you have any questions about this, please contact bieter@dtvp.de.

By registering in the DTVP portal, companies are included in the extensive list of bidders (the bidders database). This is available to public contracting authorities (procurement authorities) in their search for potential bidders – especially in the case of restricted invitations to tender or direct awards.

A search profile in the DTVP portal is an individual search request for public tenders that can be saved. On the basis of this, the automatic notification service sends suitable contracts by e-mail on a daily basis. This eliminates the manual effort of regularly searching for relevant notices. Our service team supports you in setting up search profiles optimised for your company.

More than 5,000 contracting and procurement bodies with over 15,000 users as well as more than 160,000 companies are already working with the basic technology of DTVP: from federal institutions and state administrations to municipalities and municipal enterprises, health insurance companies and hospitals, sector contracting authorities and many more.

Once you have found a tender that suits your company, you can click on the action buttons on the right-hand side to gain an insight into the tender documents.

There is always a contact reference in the callable award documents, or you can use the communication function in the respective project room to send a bidder question to the awarding office.

You will be invited by the tendering authorities (awarding bodies) directly via the portal. You will receive a system-generated information e-mail. You will then find the tender documents and the actual invitation in the portal after logging in under the menu item -> Projects, Invitations. A small note for you: The system-generated e-mails have the sender no-reply@dtvp.de, so please do not reply to them. Therefore, always pay attention to the recipient or sender.

After logging in, select the EDITION sub-item in the ADMINISTRATION menu on the left-hand side. Here you will see your currently used edition highlighted in blue. Now choose between Professional or Enterprise Edition and follow the short instructions. After only a few steps you can set up the individual search profiles and automatically receive the corresponding e-mail notification service. The Basic Edition is permanently free of charge.
If you choose the Professional or Enterprise Edition, you always have a free 30-day trial period from the time of new registration or upgrade of the edition to test all functionalities of the portal.
If you are convinced by DTVP, you do not need to do anything else, you will receive an invoice in advance after the trial period has expired. If you do not wish to continue using DTVP, a written cancellation is sufficient, preferably by e-mail or alternatively by post or fax.

Your company is already registered. Multiple registrations for one location or identical business areas are not intended. However, if you operate at different beach locations or have different, economically independent business areas, multiple accounts make perfect sense. If you need additional access for your area, the Enterprise Edition with up to 10 users is available for a fee.

In order to automatically find interesting and suitable contracts for your company, it is necessary to set up search profiles. The associated e-mail notification service is automatically activated after the creation of each search profile. However, you can also deactivate this at any time to possibly avoid absences or illnesses.
