Activated

Zurück zur Support-Übersicht

In the “Activated” module, users see an overview of the projects for which the awarding authority has already activated access to the project room, i.e., the project rooms displayed in this project list can be opened by the company (and the associated users). Access to the award documents is possible for these projects and messages can be exchanged with the awarding authority via the communication module in the project room.

Note: The “Archive project” function moves a selected project to the archive so that it is removed from the overview in this module. This is useful, for example, when too many obsolete projects have accumulated in the overview table.

Open project rooms

Info: Project rooms are opened in a separate window. If not, the pop-up blocker in the Internet browser must be deactivated. The prerequisite for submitting a bid or request to participate electronically is that the awarding authority has granted this option. Information on this can be found in the Project Space in the “Submission” or “Request to participate” module.

In the project overview, find the project for which the project room is to be opened. Click on the action element “Information about this project” in the corresponding table row (see marker 1 in screenshot “Overview module enabled”).
This opens a separate window where the project room is opened and displayed. In the project room, the user gets access to all award documents. In addition, the project room can be used to communicate with the awarding authority and to prepare/perform the electronic bid submission using the so-called “Bidder tool”.

Archive projects

Info: After a project is archived, the corresponding project can be found in the “Archive” module.

In the project overview, find the project that is to be archived.Click the “Archive project” action item in the corresponding table row (see marker 2 in screenshot “Overview module enabled”).
This will move the project to the archive. Archiving does not cancel participation, for running projects it can be undone at any time via the “Archive” module. If the project is already finished, however, it cannot be moved back from the archive to another project list.
