Bidding tool – Basic data on the offer

Important: This module is part of the bidding tool that is required for bid processing / processing of requests to participate. The use requires an unlocked project room!

In the module “Basic data on the bid” (Allgemeine Informationen), users can define the contact person whom the awarding authority should contact regarding the bid or request to participate. In the case of public tenders, the final price and the payment modalities must be entered in the “Price details” (Preisangaben) tab.

Edit contact person

Info: Please check all data carefully!

1. If the “Contact data” or “General information” tab is not already open, open it (see marker 1 in screenshot “Overview of the basic data module for the offer”).
2. Enter the name and contact details of the contact person in the company in the input fields (see marker 2 in screenshot “Overview of the basic data module for the bid”). This tells the contracting authority who to contact, for example, if it has any questions.

Edit price information

Info: Please check all data carefully!

1. If the “Price details” (Preisangaben) tab is not already opened, open it (see marker 1 in screenshot “Complete price details”).
2. If sub-bids are possible, select whether the bid should be a main or a sub-bid (see marker 2 in screenshot “Complete price details”). The action is only necessary if the awarding authority has specified that secondary bids can be created.
3. Enter the values in the fields provided. If lots are possible, select in the page sections marked “Lot No.” whether a bid should be created for the displayed lots or not. If you do not want to create a bid for these lots, check “Do not bid on this lot” (see marker 3 in screenshot “Complete pricing”). If you want to create a bid for a specific lot, complete the price details, payment terms, etc. here (see marker 4 in screenshot “Complete price details”). The action is only possible/necessary if the awarding authority has permitted bidding on lots.
