Bidding

This module offers information about the types of accepted bidding methods as well as the possibility to start the “Bietertool” to submit an offer. Each contracting authority is free to choose if and by which method electronic tenders can be submitted for a certain project. It is possible to submit multiple bids for a project.

Start bidding tool

Click on the “Start bidding tool” button to start the submission process (see number 2 in the “Bids or requests to participate” screenshot).
The bidding tool is a Java application that must be downloaded and installed on your computer. If electronic bid submission is not allowed for a particular project, the button will not be available.

Withdraw an electronic bid

If an electronic bid has already been submitted through the “Bidder Tool”, it will be displayed in the table at the bottom of the page. To withdraw an electronic bid, click the “Withdraw” button (see number 4 in the “Bids or Requests to Participate” screenshot).
Once a bid has been withdrawn, it cannot be restored. The option to withdraw a bid ends as soon as the deadline for submitting bids has passed.

Open transmission protocol

Click on “Show transmission protocol” to open the transmission protocol of an already submitted offer (see number 3 in the screenshot “Offers or requests to participate”).
The transmission log contains various information about a submitted offer, such as the validity of the signature used, the time of submission, etc.
