Bidding tool – Documents from the tender

Important: This module is part of the bidding tool that is required for bid processing / processing of requests to participate. The use requires an unlocked project room!

In the “Documents from award documents” (Dokumente aus den Vergabeunterlagen) module, users can retrieve the award documents. No entries have to be made or other settings have to be made here. The documents displayed in this module are important info documents (e.g. cover letter or cover letter for the submission of the requested documents, application conditions including award criteria and their weighting, etc.).

When uploading the award documents, the awarding body usually already selects the appropriate category in order to file the respective documents in an orderly manner (so that it is easier for companies to keep track of them). Not every tab must always contain a document.

Note: If the computer has the necessary programs to display the documents, they can be opened directly from the bidding tool.

Open award documents

1. If the desired tab is not already opened (the tab on which the document to be opened is displayed), open it (see marker 1 in screenshot “Overview of documents module from the award documents”).
2. Identify the document to be opened in the document overview (see marker 2 in screenshot “Overview of the Documents module from the award documents”). Click on the “Open document” action element in the corresponding table row (see marker 4 in the screenshot “Overview of the Documents module from the award documents”).
   This opens the document with the associated program. The status column (bidding tool) shows whether a document has already been opened (see marker 3 in the screenshot “Overview of the Documents module from the award documents”).
