E-procurement – Guidance for companies

The public procurement marketplace system is:

• An announcement platform with extensive search functions (announcement information is obtained from many sources).
• A software used by contracting authorities for the fully electronic execution and support of award procedures (e-awarding).

Award procedures that are created and executed using the Public Procurement Marketplace system (so-called “projects”) offer many advantages:

• For these procedures, there is the virtual project room. Here, the complete award documents are provided electronically, communication with the awarding authority is possible, etc.
