Project lists

Companies require activation in order to be able to open project spaces on the award marketplace. Either a company submits an “activation request” for this purpose or the awarding authority itself sends out an “invitation”.

The “Activation requests” module displays all project spaces for which the decision of the awarding office is pending, the activation was rejected or the request was not processed by the awarding office within the permissible period. Via the project lists “Unlocked” and “Archive” (in the menu of the awarding marketplace), the project rooms of ongoing or completed procedures can be opened.

Project spaces

The project room is a closed and secured area that is created by the award marketplace for each award procedure or announcement. Here, the awarding authority works on the creation of its announcement, on the electronic provision of the award documents or, for example, on the bid opening. The project room has a comparable structure on the company side (but different in terms of viewing rights and functions). Here, the award documents can be downloaded, messages can be exchanged with the awarding authority, and electronic requests to participate or bids can be submitted.

The prerequisite for access to the project room is confirmation of an activation request by the contracting authority or acceptance of an invitation by the company.
