Tender documents

In this module all relevant tender documents are available for download. There are five groups of documents that are meant to help the company to differentiate between the nature of the added documents. The categories are:

• Anschreiben – covering letter
• Leistungsbeschreibung – specification for tenders
• Vom Unternehmen auszufüllende Dokumente – documents to be filled in by the company
• Vertragsbedingungen – contract terms and conditions
• Sonstiges – miscellaneous

Please note that the contracting authority chooses the category for each document and if documents are provided for download at all. We highly recommend reading all documents provided in this area regardless of the category. The file types of documents provided lie at the discretion of the public authority. The “Vergabemarktplatz” supports all file types.

Download tender documents

Info: All documents listed in the category “Documents to be completed” must be carefully processed and submitted as a mandatory part of a bid or request to participate. The bidder tool is required for this purpose.

Identify the document to be downloaded in the overview. Click on the action element “Download document” in the corresponding table row (see marker 1 in screenshot “Overview of award documents module”).
This opens a file explorer window that allows the user to specify the file location.
